Gansevoort Hotel Group, LLC (GHG) is a subsidiary of WSA Management, Ltd., a real estate development and management firm whose principals have developed and/or owned over 6 million square feet of office and industrial space, 2000 apartments and 2000 hotel rooms. WSA specializes in finding underutilized assets, whether vacant land or existing buildings, and transforming the property by meeting its highest and best use. The firm generally seeks out ground up construction opportunities because of the greater possible returns, but has also completed substantial renovation projects where the opportunity was particularly rewarding. The principals of Gansevoort Hotel Group, LLC have over 65 years combined experience in the real estate trade.

In addition to the flagship 187 key Hotel Gansevoort, which is credited with transforming the Meatpacking District in Manhattan, GHG has a major project under renovation in Miami Beach and has entered into a joint venture for another hotel and condominium project in New York City which will begin construction this summer. Gansevoort South, located on South Beach in Miami Beach, is expected to open fall 2007, and includes 333 hotel keys averaging 736 square feet, 259 condominiums, a 42,000 square foot spa and lounge, a 20,000 square foot high-end restaurant, 140,000 square feet of outdoor pool and bar space, and 20,000 square feet of additional retail. Gansevoort Park, the new location in New York City, is located on prestigious Park Avenue and will include 223 keys averaging 503 square feet and will feature a three level indoor/outdoor rooftop bar and pool area.

ARI's new headquarters in the Long Beach Air Center, located at the north end of the Long Beach International Airport, (KLGB) allows us to operate as a ull-service aviation company providing a wide range of services to the aviation community. Our 28,000 square foot hangarâ which is capable of housing up to three G-V's, and our charter and dispatch offices, not only provides us with the ability to operate and manage our diverse fleet of aircraft, it also serves as an additional service provider for hangar space, transient parking, fueling, and maintenance at the Long Beach Airport.
